It was tough narrowing this one down since there are so many book fandoms that I love! I ended up going with my favorite barefoot adventurers. I made my own SVG file for the black framed silhouette using Inkscape and cutting it out with my Cricut. The die cuts come from @concordand9th, the cardstock and ink are retired CTMH, and the sentiment and white embossing powder come from @kindredstamps .

⭐️September Theme: Era You Ready?! (Decade Fandoms 🗓️ )

🖖 This month marks the 60th anniversary of Star Trek...a show that has spanned 6 decades!!!! I made these cards for the craft hop at the Star Trek convention in Las Vegas this summer. I even spent several hours one night crafting in the hotel room since I ran out of cards.

One of my favorite moments from the convention was meeting Bjo Trimble! She helped launch a letter writing campaign that renewed The Original Series for a third season which gave it enough episodes to enter syndication. Without those reruns, we might not be celebrating Star Trek all these decades later.

🌿 The two detailed projects come from the @concordand9th 2026 Winter Retreat where @jaycee.gaspar taught us all about Plant Life! Seriously, not only did he teach us how to make these beautiful cards, he also taught us a lot about the plants in real life! I ended up die cutting a lot of the plants so had extras leftover on my desk to make a couple more cards. Check out my YouTube channel for a tutorial for the "Have a Lovely Day" card that I made for the Oh, So Inspired hop.
