I'm excited to announce that I am a guest designer for Kindred Stamps latest Limited Edition Kit, Perfect Catch! And my projects are on the official @kindredstamps website!

Now, don't mind me while I fan girl over here, but this is a dream come true. I have applied for the Kindred Stamps design team, but have never been selected. So, when I had the chance to win a guest designer spot at the Portland, Oregon, crop in January, I put all my tickets in that bag. LOL!

Preorders for the kit went live today and will close on 5/25/23.

😲 How is it possible that I have not posted in 6 months! I have made so many cards during that time. Wow! Well, I'm back and looking forward to sharing my cards with you again.

So, tell me, are you a Grogu fan? Is it too soon to be joking about kissing a million frogs? LOL! Was anyone else as disgusted as I was about the egg eating scene?!

I made this card for episode 146 of #craftroulette . I was at the @kindredstamps retreat in Portland over the weekend and really didn't have many supplies for card making. Luckily, the community of awesome women came to my rescue and I was able to create this card. The parameters were double tag card, 2 greens + 2, shelf/shelves, and In the Background.

Hello, Friend! Happy Friday!

It has been a while since I’ve posted since the end of the school year was a hot mess. I have been teaching a Computer Science workshop in Seattle this week, but my summer vacation officially starts at 5pm! I’m taking the entire month of July off…well, minus one Computer Science workshop I’m taking in a few weeks. I don’t count that since I’m not teaching it…LOL! 💻

I’m looking forward to catching you all up on the cards I’ve made over the past few weeks. Especially the cards I made with the @concordand9th C9 Summer Camp 2022 kit…talk about an amazing event! ⛺️

This card is a modification of a design taught by @carissawiley at camp. She taught us lots of tips and tricks for using the #turnaboutstamps that came with our kit. This was the 2nd panel that I stamped, and I adore it. I’m definitely getting more of these Turnabout stamps…so fun and easy to use. I modified the card to fit the #craftroulettechallenge . I didn’t have to do much as the card was already A2 size and used pink + 3 colors. I simply used a gold, metallic mat instead of a white one, and added a pink butterfly. 🦋

I’m looking forward to another episode of Craft Roulette tonight with @marygunnfunn . Here’s hoping I can make it home from Seattle in time to watch it live. With the traffic around here…I’m not placing any bets. LOL! 🚗
